DS Lite flaw . Anyone got a refund yet?

The DS Lite has a flaw which is the hinge cracks on the edge(usually by the L (left) bit . I bought mine from Argos and found out about this fault later which my sons has now developed. Has anyone else had this and are Argos ok at refunding or exchanging them?

My DS Lite (black) seems ok - had it 2 to 3 months now... I think you should be ok to get a replacement/refund. If not from Argos then from Manuf if this is a known problem!Being bored is so boring Im bored of it... :rotfl:0 -
This has been happening worldwide, you can contact nintendo who will supply you with a replacement free of charge. mind you, it all depends on who you get to talk to, some people get charged!
