Why DCA's should fear the budget

After tomorrow - we will have even less disposable income leftover to reapy any debts.
So if the DCA's thought they were struggling before now - then things are about to get a whole lot worse for them after tomorrow.
I will drink to that at very least!

I very much doubt any creditor / DCA will be worried about peoples ability to pay, however, as the noose tightens for some people I wouldn't be surprised if there is an increase with "Forthwith judgement / CO" applications!!!
Click here for Martins (MSE) advice on who to contact with Debt Issues - YOU HAVE NO REASON TO USE A FEE PAYING DEBT MANAGEMENT COMPANY- THEY CANNOT DO ANYMORE FOR YOU THAN THOSE LISTED IN MY LINK ABOVE.

All information given by myself is offered informally and without prejudice - if in doubt seek help from a qualified and insured professional

They can huff & puff all they want (and so can the court system for that matter), but if people dont have it then no amounts of bailiffs, judgements and whatever else is gonna change that quite frankly...

While people may have less ability/willingness to pay, the number of debts that need collecting may increase at the same time.

The two may cancel each other out.
