ive been having problems with trying to log in, tried loads yesterday and went back again today and still not been able to.
  • I got on fine straight from an email to do take a survey, but it took me ages to login when I went on to check my balance later. GOt in eventually though.

Yes! I've been having problems for the last couple of weeks. It seems that the box where I have to insert my age (!!!!) will not accept anything so I am unable to progress. Other surveys from them which don't have the same starting page seem to work okay.

I did send them an email asking about it but never received a reply. Been with them for several years and it's always worked until recently.

This happened to me today too. After that I tried to log in several times, and each time it took ages.

I posted this in another thread, but thought it was worth checking with you.

After experiencing constant problems with logging in, I emailed them and they explained that I'd been trying to log in to the .com site, rather than the .co.uk one. Most of the links to the Valued Opinions site at the end of surveys gave the .com address and so I'd used those and, therefore, couldn't log in.

I haven't had any problems since I've started making sure I'm on .co.uk.

Hope this helps - although it may be a more recent technical problem otherwise.
