I don't know whether ebay would do a cancellation without the buyer agreeing if you say that you can't courier due to problems with getting the item insured, or if them not arranging a collection would be grounds for a cancellation. Is it a lot of money, I'm wondering if they just won't bother to collect or contact you.
It was £30. Can they put in item not recieved on a pick up only? You never know I might be £30 up and end up with the item
. (Although can't see that happening in reality.) 0 -
If they pay by Paypal, then claim an INR, the only way to defend is via a tracking number. Did you not include a P&P amount? You could've added this to the invoice as the item is not being collected.0

The OP doesn't want to send it as it's a large mirror & you can't get insurance for them. If they make a claim, hopefully common sense will win the day as she can defend it with a, "when would you like to collect". Keep your messages to them asking them to confirm when they would like to collect.
Does anyone know how a case would be likely to go in this case if the buyers arranged & paid for their own courier who offers online tracking? If it were broken in transit would the OP be responsible?0 -

Paypal will only allow online tracking for a defence in INR. Despite the listing details.
If it were me, I would have added a large sum for P&P in an effort to prevent payment (as has now been made). Then she could have filed NPB. Now, the buyer has paid, the seller is the one seeking to prevent dispute.0 -
Could you not send them another invoice with the cost of a courier, then you could say they haven't paid the full amount, as they've not come to collect it either?Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0
