Cannot find the original post, but have requested accounts from a joint limited company after divorce.

I am still 50% shareholder but have not received any shares in years

Also company secretary..

Ex husband has filed abbreviated accounts, and is lying to Csa about actual income.

How do I get full accounts?

I have downloaded accounts from companies house- they are abbreviated accounts.

Anyone know company law and how I can get full accounts?

Filing abbreviated accounts has met the legal obligation to file accounts with Companies House. If you want more information it will have to be using a different method - through the CSA.

I do not know the CSA procedure - probably an application for variation - someone else on here should be able to provide the information you need, or try contacting the CSA.
