Wescot CCA woes...

Hello everyone,
I sent a CCA request to Wescot on the 13th of June, and received a response this morning stating that they aren't the creditor and that I have to make my request to Barclays.
This might sound like a totally ridiculous question, but is this just a stalling tactic? Is there a particular letter I should send to Wescot to remind them of their responsibilities?
Thanks for your help.

If you look at Niddy's thread (never-in-doubt), he has all the templates that you will need for this.

You are correct though that this is a stalling tactic. It is up to them to get the information. You shouldn't be doing their job for them. After falling off the gambling wagon (twice): £33,600 (24,000+ 9,600) - Original CC Debt: £7,885.91
