  • Hi,
Try Nationwide, im in the process of applying for a 90% LTV with them on a new build house (not flat). Were not first time buyers either so Abbey couldnt help us but Nationwide were more than happy to help!

Nationwide are fine, though the drawback is that they insist on working from a 2nd hand valuation figure. i.e. If the surveyor says comparable 2nd hand properties are selling for 10 or 20k less locally, its that lower figure that Nationwide will work from (meaning you might need to put down a bigger deposit).
