Whiy isn't life as simple as we need it to be sometimes.
Can't believe that after closing my account they have added a default notice afterwards and backdated it!

Hi
I know this thread is a little old.
I'm in the same situation, how did you get on itsnowtime?
I'm still in my DMP and have defaults registered but don't think i received any default notices. If i pursue to get it removed, even if they do remove it as being unlawful, can't they just register another default but a legal one before I've paid the debt off?
If the default is unlawful, does that mean they remove it but i carry on with the reduced payments, or does it mean i can say the account is now void?0
