Why did people go for this offer when they know they can't go???

I was able to go when I applied for the tickets but then my wonderful DD kindly told me that we had to be at her college on Wed eve.......decides to tell me this eve!!!! But such is life and as a parent of a great 20 year old I should be there to see her body make up show. Am looking forward to it. :D

I thought I would be able to sort out a way to get there that's why! As it turns out after trying to sort out train times I realised it wasn't do-able. If I had waited I would undoubtedly have missed out completely, instead I am offering them to someone else.

I get to know most info when he forgets to log out of Facebook...lol

It really doesn't surprise me that so many tickets are being given away in competitions and freebies around the web.

It is a huge ask to try and sell out the 02 for 10 nights? Especially so over the course of the World Cup. Plus the fact that all the dates are in the same venue rule a large amount of the population out as it is simply too far to travel, accommodation, tickets etc - on a midweek date especially.

Its probably getting to the point where the Arena is half empty on some nights and they are just trying to get bums on seats to fill it up. The Arena will already be paid for however many turn up - so they can cash in on Merchandise and Food sales if they're lucky. Bon Jovi would make sure they were at least at Break Even point for each night.

Doesn't look good for Sponsors etc if th event is being played to half capacity.

Yes I recently got free (alamost, £2.50 booking fee) to Westlife, were allowed to buy 6, complimentary from Ticketmaster.....we had a good night out but suffice to say had i paid more than a tenner I would have been robbed....what a poor show they put on, great voices though.
And yes I spent about about £20 on drinks etc
