have we messed up taking new 2 year fix deal?

    Now even more stressed spoke to the broker on phone and she is going to check with Accord if we can cancel the fix which does not start until August before it starts in light that we may want to move. Not sure any more what is right decision.

    Update broker phoned Accord and we can not change it but she has advised us that if we go through a broker they could offer us a better rate to top up to bigger mortgage. She said if we went direct to them would be 6.99% SVR but through broker at moment (and obviously rates will change) would be around 4.69% SVR

    The post office mortgage are doing some good deals, 2 years fixed at 4.29%.
