Mortgage Offer Changes

I need help.
I have recently applied for and recieved a Mortgage Offer for a property I am in the process of purchassing.
However, since applying for and recieving this offer I have changed my job will be working for the NHS. I am due to start in the next few weeks so don't have final details of pay, hours etc. Roughly, I will be earning .7 of £18,000 per year (£12,600) and working .7 hours of 37.5 (26.25 hours) per week. As soon as I have a the permanent contract I can send a copy to my mortgage company, if needed. I will also include details of a contact number in payroll so they can contact for more details should they need to.
At present I am doing some temporary work for the NHS. This pays £7.98 per hour and I am currently working 3-4 days a week until my permanent contract above starts. There will be NO break in employment and NO reduction in my monthly/annual income. Something I will be able to prove in the next few weeks.
Therefore, I need to know what is the best course of action before our completion date. Do I need to contact the mortgage company before this date, if at all?
So what do I do now? Am I obliged to notify the mortgage company? (I haven't yet exchanged or completed on my sale/purchase)
Am I obliged to notify them? When do I need to do this by? Also, does my financial advisor have to tell them as he knows about this?
Can anyone help please?
Thanks
