Working out correct monthly salary!

Hi, I'm wondering is anyone would be good enough to help me!!
Currently I work as a staff nurse within the NHS, and I would love for someone to be able to show me how to work out my pay for the month!
I'm asking as I have heard some horror stories of some people working out their monthly pay and finding that they are getting underpaid (and overpaid sometimes) due to clerical errors, and that it is quite common!
I'm keen to be able to be able to work out my monthly pay to check I'm getting paid correctly, and also to help me predict my wage at the end of the month!
I've looked at other threads to try and work it out but because we work unsociable hours and get different rates etc depending on what shifts you work I'm confusing myself and getting nowhere!
Is there a reasonably easy way to work it out???! Please help me!!
Many thanks :j

Your monthly gross salary will simply be annual salary/12 plus any extra hours/payment due for payment in that month.
Without knowing figures it is impossible to tell you the net figure.0 -
If you look at the pay slip check the hours are correct thta probably the biggest place for error.
depends when you put in your off duty which enhanced hours end up on which pay slips
(based on my OH payslips)
The enhanced hours are seperate lines on the pay slip with the hours adjusted to take account of the enhancement then multiplied by the normal rate to get the pay
so an example
basic pay....130hr..paid 130hr
Bank hol.......7.5hr..paid 4.5hr ( 0.6 enhancment)
sat enh........15.0hr..paid 4.5hr ( 0.3 enhancment)
sun enh........22.5hr.. paid 13.5 ( 0.6 )
unsoc..........1.25hr..paid .38 (0.3)
she also has other lines for holiday pay(bank so rolled up)0
