    I still can not order this, I also get the 'something has gone wrong' Have also tried to register using a different email address but get a error message!

    Requested a password re-set yesterday but nothing has come through. :(:(

    Just called them and they re-set my password over the phone. I had to clear all cookies etc for it to work. I am now logged in but now unable to add the cd to my basket! Think i'll give up lol

    Finally worked for me after three calls to customer services, being cut off "accidentally" twice, resetting my password, and finally managing to order it. Thanks OP!
