Babies 1st Birthday BBQ.

Ok its my liitle ones birthday BBQ on Saturday (I know he won't remember it but all my family are coming and some of them don't get to see the bairn too much dues to mobility issues etc)

Trying to figure out if I have forgotten anything.

Going to have the usual burgers and sausages (probably chargrilled by OH) with rolls
A bowl of salad
Party platter from Iceland (the food one not the cake one)
Cheese and cocktail sausage on a stick things
A half n half pizza from Asda

Rice crispie cakes, marshmallow cakes, rocky road, caramel shortcake and pancakes.

Also going to get the chocolate fountain out - so going to make fruit and marsmallow kebabs for dipping.

Soft drinks, tea, coffee and birthday cake too. Will get paper plates, plastic cups and cutlery too.

Does this sound ok? Its my first BBQ and I just want to make a good impression. Will be mainly adults with a few 'kids' (i.e. not young children)

And, chocolate fountain wise, whats the best chocolate for it? I know cooking chocolate melts well but that might get sickly after a while.

TIA

    Sauces like mayo/burger relish etc...

    Napkins?

A cheap fruity summer punch if you have a big bowl?

All sounds lovely, don't know about the chocolate sorry but hope you get an answer and have good weather and a memorable first birthday celebration :T

Do not forget to warn the neighbours!

They may otherwise have washing out, and because of the hot weather, they may have windows open - and why not.
If they don't know - they won't be pleased about all the smoke, and cooking smells wafting about - it happens.

Well the BBQ went well and both sets of neighbours were out (no washing out either) so that wasn't a problem.

Made far too much food tho.
