Remortgaging with Britannia - will they need old bank statements?

Hi all - as the thread title says, I'm thinking of remortgaging with Britannia soon... are they likely to request old bank statements as part of the process?
Can't find any of my old ones - so I'll have to get my bank to send copies... unless they'd accept printouts from my online banking?
Thanks,

Have you rung them and asked?0

Haven't actually applied yet - just trying to sort out everything I might need first to make sure application goes smoothly as possible...
...thought this forum was the place to ask this kind of advice.0 -
I am going through a remortgage with the Britannia currently.
they only want your 3 months most recent wage slips, they don't ask for bank statements.0 -
Yes. I moved home last year and had a mortgage with the Britannia which I was porting. I still had to provide 3 months banks statements which they say is needed to prove I had been paid a salary for the three previous months and was not using my full overdraft limit.0

Funny enough I didn't get asked for wage slips, I asked the Branch advisor and was told that the employer reference usually confirms what a wage slip will say and the underwriters use the bank statements to verify that a salary is actually paid into account and matches what the employer reference says you earn, she wasn't sure but thought it had something to do with lots of forged wage slips and inflated employers references flying around.0 -
Thanks for the info - much appreciated.
Looks like I better get onto my bank and get some copies of my old statements just in case...0
