Mortgage Application

Hi,
I have recently applied for a mortgage with the Northern Bank and have received a conditional offer, however i have now sent of the statement, pay slips etc to confirm the details discussed during the intial interview, however when gathering the bank statements i noticed that for 2 of the 3 months i used the arranged overdraft facility on my account for £20 and £80, this was only for a matter of days. Is this likely to affect my application!!
