Re mortgage

I am due to re mortgage in October this year. Unfortunately I have got myself into some debt. I wish to re mortgage early and have only been in my job for 3 months. I need 110,000 mortgage and am a single parent earning less than 20,000 pa. Any adobe welcome as I have been ripped off in the past.

    5.5 times salary isn't going to happen. You'll need to see what your present lender will offer you nearer the time - probably too early to contact them at the moment, but you could phone and see.
