  • I wish The Sun was 10p in Wales too! I bought 2 copies today anyway because the lunchboxes will come in handy for the temp work that I have started doing. Working at a Thomas The Tank Engine lunch buffet on Sunday....should be interesting?! Will take a few tuppaware containers just incase!

Hiya Davo - ah so you are visiting tropical Barry Island this weekend for the tall ship festival and Thomas rides - may see you there, usually it is a good weekend, the fairground on the waterfront is already set up and the live music is usually cracking.

Yes I am saving up for the lunchboxes too should be good for spares for school. Welshy
;) I am the only Voucher Queen in my village LOL ;)

One day that I don't look at this thread and I miss a juice coupon. PAH!
Well they come in threes they say...:p
  • Yes my barcode was typed in too but went thru fine - what a FAB coupon - hope it's repeated! :-) BTW I printed off YET ANOTHER 'Uncut' mag coupon:
    http://microsites.nme.com/uncut/UncutCoupon.pdf
They are still going thru OK at my Tesco despite an expiry date of 2nd Aug! Is anyone else still having success with these?

They will go through, the cashier might well get into trouble for accepting them though!
  • I wouldn't want to get the S.A. in trouble!
Thought it might be a barcode fault that let it fo thru' (?)
I had printed them off much smaller than the original so they looked like my other coupons & it made expiry date hard to see.

    The Sun 35p
akll there is in todays sun is Token 2 of 3 that you need for a free
Lunchbox/coolbag at asda stores and you get a free bag of walkers
crisps with the bag.The token is on page30.
The sun is printing 5 tokens so there is still time to get the 3 you need.

Sorry to resurrect this 'old' thread but, it is the most recent one I could find regarding the Sun offer for the lunch boxes.
My local Asda ran out of the luch boxes last week and do not expect any more supplies!
Is there any point getting in touch with The Sun and chasing them up about this, or is it simply tough luck ?
Has anybody had any previous experience of newspaper freebies which have have run out of supplies...... will the sun honour the vouchers....eventually, or shall I just bin the tokens.
When my local Woolies ran out of Bountys the other week, they automatically offered an alternative....I chose the twin mars bars which have made me popular with the kids
