Hi I have a terrible credit score and have given up on the idea of ever beng able to get a mortgage until i came across this product from Hanley Economic offered though Legal and General. I am tackling my debt now and im on a debt management plan of £103 per month (for 3 years) and a credit card debt of £1400 which im paying off as much as i can. Does anyone know how strict the underwriters are with existing debt? Even though i could afford to raise the 25% deposit (luckily from my parents and partner) will they frown upon this debt? Thanks in anticipation.

ISTBC but I believe the product is no credit score, rather than no credit search. In other words your adverse credit may cause problems.0
