how can i use savings to fund a mortgage

I guess I shoud just ask the Nationwide but its sunday so here goes
I have £84k in Nationwide's FRISA, how an i use this to obtain a mortgage without withdrawing the capital - in other words do Nationwide do offset mortgages?
