I have had a really bad week at work and heard about a job i'm intrested in, so i got an application form.
Thing is, they've had loads of applicants and i really don't think im going to get anywhere with it.
I'm also in two minds of wether it is the right job for me, as it's working with YA that have learning diificulties, which is what i want to do, but alot have violent tedencies too and i don't know how i'd manage that.
I'm feeling all over the place because i don't want to return to my current work and then again, i don't want to be pushed out by the person causing issues.
I'm so confused!

Apply for the job and even if you don't get it, think of it as application and interview practice.0

If i were in that position i would apply for the post even if you dont get it at least you get some sort of self satisfaction over knowing you have started the process of finding a new job and leaving all that hell well behind you!
Good luck xx0 -
Just go for it.0

You're having a confidence crisis. As others have said, go for it, and treat it as a learning experience. You'll get the chance to ask questions, and the information you receive will stand you in good stead for further interviews if you don't take/get this job. They may also be able to reassure you about the violence aspect, i.e. training and policies in place to protect you.0
