If an NRP is working for a company that is involved in industrial action over a period of time (more than 2 days per month) eg strike action, will the change of circumstance be considered for re-assesment?

Have you discussed this with the CSA? If so what was the outcome of this.

I guess it could warrant a re-assessment but remember not all reassessments result in a change of maintanance amount required.

Im an NRP under old rules at the CSA will look at a case again if they get information that means the amount of maintanace paid would change by atleast £10 per week.

I just wondered what some of the NRPs may do? As naturally they are down 10% of net income from 2 days IA, then if this occured for 2 months consequetively, then could/should be considered for a change of circumstance (which would be confirmed by the payslip).
IIRC the change was £5 per week
