Pink tailcoat/suit?

My gay best friend has agreed to be Master of Ceremonies at our wedding, but isn't too keen on the idea of wearing a red tailcoat. He wants pink! Is this even possible? It would be a bright fuschia pink, which goes with our colour scheme. Any ideas? He can buy or hire.

Found some when i googled "pink tailcoat" but they were for women - fancy dress!!! So doubt they would fit a man right :cool:
