Given wrong bank details by lender?

Hello all,
I have a debt with Clarity Credit Management and we have recently come to a repayment agreement. However, the bank details they have given me can't be found by my bank! When I enter them on the "pay a bill" section of the Lloyds website, it says "company not found". Why on earth would this be happening?

Probably a typo - it doesn't take much for the details to be wrong! Ask them to let you know the payment details again, if they are the same as the ones you are trying now, call your bank and ask them to set it up over the phone.Aiming to be debt & mortgage free by November 2018!0
