It is supposed to be very good. The book is only £5 on amazon but just wanted to know if anyone had tried it out.
I want something with good practical advice, and not too complicated recipes and meal plans.
Carbs are the bain of my life!! lol.0 -
i've got this book. its easy to follow and has lots of recipies.
i didn't get on with the diet but thats because i live on carbs
(mmmMM paaaasssta). i think there are a couple of veggies in the low carb diet thread, so may be worth popping in there. its the book they use for ideas i think. "I am not a vegetarian because I love animals; I am a vegetarian because I hate plants." A. Whitney Brown0 -
Yes I have it, I've only bought it recently so haven't tried many of the recipes, but they seem pretty good

Thats my problem. I love my carbs especially the naughty ones. Managed to cut them right down last year and lost about 10lb in 6 weeks so was really pleased with that. Need a bit more help this time though x0

I borrowed this from my local library so might be worth a look in your local if you want to browse/try before you buy.0

I have this book at the moment(from the library!) and have found it good for recipes and ideas. I found that the actual 'diet' she advocates starting at 20g carbs a day a bit unrealistic for me, but i found it great for meal inspriation.0
