Have Tescos started to 'Hide' their offers?

Tesco currently have free wine but are not advertising it in-store!!
My partner is pregnant and likes wine so has started drinking Alcohol free wine.
Tescos currently has an offer on Tesco.com but it is NOT advertised on the shelf. Further more, when I asked someone on the help desk, they said that they would not have such an offer on wine in store.
When I saw the wine had a yellow price label, I asked a chap in the section if there was an offer... Yep "buy-one-get-one-free"! He had the yellow offer label in his pocket... and said he wasn't sure why it wasn't on the shelf...?
The wine is Eisberg and is £2.99 a bottle (£1.50 with the offer (minus another 10% if you buy 6)) .
Hope this helps someone. The offer is valid till 9th Sept 06.
Are there any other offers out there they are trying to keep from the customers?

When pregnant the idea of alcohol free wine is appealing, sadly the taste isnt lol. I tried eisberg but found it fairly yucky, schloer was probably the best.
Must be me but i eventually just drank apple juice as it was far nicer and in a posh glass was very nice and much cheaper/healthier

Try this site, worth its £5 per year in gold. I always think they hide them too, but this flushes them out!!!

Yes you're right with the content. Appear to have mentally written it off as it was low content.0

Cressylock - If you're looking for an alcohol free alternative to wine, try Asda Extra Special Rose Spritzer - it's much nicer than Eisberg, has no alcohol or sugar and is only 99p a bottle. It's on the same shelf as Shloer and Appletiser.0

I'll mention it to the misses, but she seems to prefer the Eisberg to the Schloer type pop.0 -

Ok its not totally alcohol free, buts its only 0.05% so its pretty close to 0%.
5% is a little high to try and make out to be "alcohol free"
