OK I am now at a stage where i can no longer afford to make the minimum payments on my Bcard the last payment was due on thursday i need to call them is there anything i need to be aware of or to say when i do?

Just explain your circumstances and see what help they can give to you.

As an aside, did you ever get any charges of £12.00 or more over the last 6 years cos reclaiming the charges is another thing you might want to do to help reduce the overall amount that you owe to them

Hi no i have always paid on time its just the last time it was late but they refunded me the charge I am just a bit worried they will push me into something i cant manage

In that case don't agree to anything that is not confirmed in writing within a reasonable timescale. So make them aware of your circumstances and see whether they can either reduce interest or lower the interest because you are not refusing to pay but asking for help.
