Only if the money is been debited from the account it would be confirmed that orders are been honoured, I believe. I am also seeing the same status 'Delivery created' for my order

huge huge thanks to op. my order just arrived. so i hope everyone else gets theirs. i changed the delivery option, where it had a drop down box next to each item to express (it didnt charge me extra) and my shirts have just arrived!!!:j

Glad some people are getting theirs.

If anyone has a spare, I would appreciate it (and of course pay poastage) as I was going to give it as a present to my boyfriend. I'm gutted I didnt get mine and still had to pay £9.90 for a jar of jam, but it is a gamble so what can you do.

p.s he is normally a size 'L'

I hope you haven't actually paid them?!

Your order was for everything listed, if they cannot fulfill the order in it's entirety you have every right to cancel the order.
According to the T&Cs they should have attempted to contact you to confirm you still wanted the jam on it's own.
