I know these have been discussed before, but could anyone give a simple explination. You just plug it into a socket and and it works for all appliances in the house, allegedly.
Home Power Saver
The EPS Power Saver uses a combination of filtration and correction techniques to improve the efficiency of various appliances and circuits. In addition, the intelligent technology optimises the voltage and current demands thus reducing the active power / KWH demands and achieves around 10% to 20% savings on your electricity bill.
It also acts as a voltage stabilizer by storing energy for up to 10 seconds and therefore supplies load with proper voltage during momentary power surges.
So why should I buy one?
· 10% - 20% reduction in your electricity bill
· Plugs into any socket. No re-wiring needed
· Suitable for homes, shops, restaurants and offices
· No maintenance needed
· Quick return on investment
· Two year warranty
· Fully compliant with safety standards
· Environmentally friendly
Installation
Installation of the Power Saver is very easy. Just plug the unit into any 13 Amp socket on your premises and that's all you need to do.
For a safe and reliable operation, EPS recommends that the unit should be plugged into a wall socket and not an extension lead.
The device can store energy for up to 10 seconds after it is switched off, therefore wait for at least 10 seconds between switching off the mains and un-plugging the device.

Well, looks like you have your answer, but just to re-inforce it once again, do not waste your money on these devices, they are a complete scam. Spend your money on extra insulation for your home, this gives the best bang for your buck.0
