Buy/Rent back????

Out of interest, have anyone due to debt/mortgage/arrears gone for the option of buy and renting back?
Over the months, I have read different stories on this, but I do also hear that they now have to be regulated by the FSA.
I understand you have to be careful and realise there are other options as well, where this would probably be one of the last of the alternatives.
Thanks.;)

I have been browsing through companies and it seems they do not offer the full value.......they pay fees etc, but still wary on this to be honest.......:(The one and only "Dizzy Di"

Avoid SRB companies. They are vultures.Facing the prospect of repossession can be frightening, but it’s important to remember that you are not alone. There is a lot of help available from government, from lenders and from advice agencies. The information here will give you the tools you need to prevent your home being repossessed. You'll also find stories from some of the 330,000 homeowners who have already received help and advice.

they normaly buy for 25% less than its value, but better than having a repo on file0

Taking a browse on some of the companies just now, ummmmm very wary.
They make it sound good, but looks pretty risky me thinks. The one and only "Dizzy Di"
