loan co want their money
Mother in law bought a car recently with aid of a loan from santander, the car was not ready on time and the apr and pay back rates were bad to say the least, she then cancelled the credit with santander and went through her bank.
Now today she gets a letter from santander saying you owe us your first payment etc etc, she hasnt even got the car yet !
What can she do to get santander to ef off her back, surely being as she cancelled the agreement and hasnt even got the car they cant force her to pay for it, they say they have paid the money to the car company so the money is now owed even though there is no contract.
