Want to pay off barclayloan quicker

Just to reopen this thread, and so people are aware, Barclays now allow over payments on loans. There is no penalty for doing this and you can overpay as much as you want. I only know this as I have just taken one out this week because they are offering a price match against any other loan I can get with the same terms.....I will be going in tomorrow to get them to drop their APR by 7% as M&S loans have offered me a better rate and I can cancel the barclayloan within 14 days anyway! Oh and they give me £50 for the pleasure of matching the rate :beer:

Are you sure there is no penalty?

A fee of 30 days' interest on amounts repaid early (in addition to any other interest due), except where you exercise your right to withdraw
