Next claiming they haven't recieved my CCCS payment HELP!

I am in a panic ... I just had my NEXT statement through and it says they have not received any payment from me.
I started my DMP with CCCS in May, I paid my first CCCS payment on 1/5/10 and they made the distribution to my creditors on the 25th May.
Next had agreed a reduced payment of £7 and this was required each month on the 9th. With money being sent to creditors from CCCS on the 25th I thought this would work nicely, however NEXT are claiming that they have not received any payment and it is now the 19th June!!!!
I phoned NEXT and was told that they have cancelled the agreement to reduce my payments. I explained my bewilderment as to why they hadn't recieved the reduced payment and the lady said they would reinstate the arrangement but I obviously couldn't explain why they hadn't got the payment from CCCS.
I confirmed my customer details and logged onto my CCCS account and the account details are accurate so why hasn't my payment been sent??? Annoyingly I can't contact CCCS because they are shut at the weekend.
Has anyone been in this situation?

Hi
I have been in a similar position myself with Next, In my case Next actually had the payment but had not allocated it to my account. I was told that Next receive a combined cheque from CCCS which contains everyones payment who is on a DMP with CCCS, Next then have to allocate the individual payments to each account.DMP mutual support thread member:3270 -

I've been in a similar situation with V12 finance. CCCS resolved it. Let us know how it goes and don't worry
Just another dumbass with money...

we have been on a DMP with CCCS for 3 years. This has happened a lot with various of our creditors. Usually it is fairly easy to sort out, and just takes a few phonecalls to the CCCS....
It is frustrating though, because we pay our agreed ammount to cccs by DD, then get creditors ringing us up saying they havent received payment by due date, but all we can tell them is we have paid the money to cccs on time....
Thisis one of the reasons we are going to switch to administering our own DMP without the CCCS0 -

I ended up emailing CCCS and a very nice person called Becky phoned NEXT and sorted it all out. I am relieved and very grateful to CCCS.
