CCJ oustanding and loan

Hi, I'm currently paying off my wedding and while I've done a massive amount myself (almost payed off around 10000 myself this year) I'm a bit concerned that we may need a small loan to cover the last bits and bobs.

Now I have a ccj outstanding but this was taken out by my old work place as I left (was forced out by bullying as I was a witness in a disability discrimination case against them) and didn't pay a bursery back as I was taking the organisation to court over whether they could legally retrieve it. In the meantime I moved house and a ccj was passed without my knowledge ( I didn't recieve notice of this as it had gone to my old address). I have contacted the organisation to satisfy the ccj but the company is now being liquidated and while myself and a solictior have contacted the adminstators to organise a payment agreement they are not co-operating ie don't get back to our calls and letters.

Anyway, now I'm paying for the wedding fighting about trying to give them the bursery is on the back burner but do you think given my situation anyone will consider me for a loan? I am good with money (despite the CCJ).I have no defaults or any other marks on my record.

The bursery was for £2000
I have an overdraft of £2000 which is cleared each month by wages and selling Amazon books.
I have a £500 credit card which is near the limit but I pay off more than minimum each month.

My monthly income is around £1700

I would ideally like a loan between £2000-£5000

Anyone think this is viable and have suggestions of which banks will consider me if any? Thanks

Im afraid with the ccj its not good news, no matter how obtained. Why has your solicitor not written to the courts to try and get it overturned

Agreed, you should be taking this to Court yourself to get the CCJ set Aside. The other party do not even have to appear.
