Hi,

I have just checked my credit report and a summary is below.

Amount of unused credit £1050
Amount of credit £4,050
3 checks in last year

Credit expert is showing payments as satisfactory but when i look back to my old orange phone contract it is saying there were 4 late payments when actually they told me to pay these by phone by the end of each month because i was having issues with my DD?

Can i get this corrected? How much damage would these late payments be doing?

Appreciate any advice.

I would say that after a year, the late payments would not have any impact on your credit rating. Although they said to pay be the end of the month, if this was not in the original agreement then technically you are in breach of that agreement. Sonds daft when you are following the advice of the company, but it may not be what you agreed to in writing.
