    You need Temple Meads in town, Parkway is on the outskirts and is a bus ride/45 min away.

    Elfen-sorry to be a pain-can you please tell me the other things I need to be looking out for on labels re. gluten? I have read that certain thickners are a form of gluten.

    hopefully with this diet i will fit into a new dress ib have here still with tags on, for my sister in laws wedding in aug, its very tight at the moment, will save me buying another :)
