Hi there looking for some advice as i feel iam getting nowhere with my trustee.
Three years and six months ago i signed a trust deed with spectrum, which was then passed over to invocas in dundee..
January 2010 2nd i finnished the payments and have somehow been passed over to edinburgh and now im at glasgow:mad:
So my problem now is why it is taking so long for invocas to strike me off as the trust deed is 6 months passed its finnishing dates.. ive contacted my trustee why to be honest didnt or couldnt give me an answer and has stated four month ago that i was complete and that was that!!
Im awaiting a letter of proof but fail to understand why i havent been given this yet, ive phoned and written to my trustee with absolutely no responce... in fact ive never had anything bar the update forums for the payments every 6 months..
Iam frustrated and getting more stressed than being in debt...
