I read nothing in the above link which relates directly to competition Terms & Conditions, which cannot be 'explained in your own words' or paraphrased accurately. Perhaps, rather than continuing to post this link, you should contact MSE Andrea to ask for further clarification that your interpretation of her suggestion is correct - it may help other competition posters too
Thank you Martins Doll. As someone who has had to refer to Terms & Conditions - which are generally removed from a competition organiser's website after the draw has taken place - I find these invaluable.0 -

So sorry to bump, but have just seen this thread...
I've had numerous PM's re the T&Cs, and folks needing to refer to comps after the comps have been posted on the board, and the T&Cs have vanished once the comp has finished.
So I'll continue to post the T&Cs when I post the comps!
Sorry for any confusion to some folks...

You are lucky Melli to have the need to search back on comps/t&c's posted on MSE from which you have won, and gain ultimate clarification on terms etc posted here. I personally do not feel the need to submit terms and conditions for every competition posted. I hope people appreciate I do post terms for comps where I feel it is neccesary. There are no hard and fast rules that I have found on MSE regarding terms and conditions. I shall post as many others do, which mainly means, without all/any terms being included every/any time. No need to remind everyone, but this is an open forum where we all have views which costs nothing, you share your views, and someone else shares theirs... 0
