It certainly is Morrisons. The fourth leading supermarket. It is a huge surprise to me why they are being like this. It is the training manager who keeps telling us she will be with us shortly and then leaves us again to twiddle our thumbs.
I am now seeking better employment and just wiling away their time and mine in doing so. Just thought they would be better than this just as previous poster thought. Obviously not though.

I know this thread is six months old and I hope the OP managed to sort things out.
Just to say though that my son started at Morrisons in October and has had excellent training (varied and relevant) and is delighted with the fact that it is so much more professional than his previous employer (also a retailer).
So maybe it is just the bad management at the OP's store, it's not Morrisons in general.(AKA HRH_MUngo)
