Jam making book

As it's that time of year again can I recommend a jam making book? It's called *deep breath* The Right Way to Make Jams including Jellies,Conserves,Marmalades,Curds,Pickles,Chutneys and Ketchups by Cyril Grange. it's got loads of info and recipies (no beautifully back-lit photos though) and is only £3.99 on Amazon.

While we're at it can I recommend one too ?:)
The Good Housekeeping Complete Book of Preserving

And while I think about it Simone Sekers' Quick and Easy Preserves is a bok I've recommended on here before. It's out of print but well worth looking for used on Amazon. Lots of quick and easy recipes ! some using frozen and tinned fruit. The apricot and peach preserve using tinned fruit is fab.

Oh, me too then! My 'jam bible' is:
'Home Preservation of Fruit and Vegetables' by
Agricultural and Food Research Council. Published by HMSO, available from Amazon.
It covers all types of preserving methods. It has a slightly 'bossy' tone to it, being a Government publication, but full of really sound information.
