this site is great it your have a wire or a bluethooth adaptor to your computer you can download the files for free to your computer. It has ringtones music vid games all sorts for your mobile.You have to register but its free i have been using this site for a while.http://www.mobango.com Hope this helps

if your mobile is mp3 compatiable then just use cd's and send the songs from your pc via bluetooth or a cable. theres loads of editing software about as well. i use nero to cut the mp3 files down to 30 second clips.
