So far I have completed the forms on line for me and the oh and printed out 3 times, we have our £1,200 sitting in the fridge (was saved up with last months mortgage money), we're trying to get as much money out of our joint account as possible so we have something to survive on for the next month. Am going to check the forms again once a day to see if I've missed anything out, but is there anything else I need to do.

I left the renting bit on the page empty as technically we're not renting for another month so as of today there is no rental property, however, I have put a copy of the agreement in with our stuff to show the or this and how much it will cost, and have also put down the rent figure on our soa, as by the time we have our telephone interview we should be just about ready to move in and therefore paying the first months rent. Is this ok?

Make sure you know where the court is - and don't go to the wrong one like I did (lucky I was that early and they were across the road from each other)

Just try and relax now (easier said than done) but it will soon be over, and it appears that you have everything sorted for BR day

Hello IDIS, Deep breath's and this is my tongue in cheek check checklist:-

Your three copies of 6.27 and 6.28 and one copy of EX160 if applicable.
Money for bankruptcy fees.
Spare change for coffee machine.
Paper or magazine to read while waiting.
Both Sussex's to hold hands essential!!

I've got 3 copies of the 6.27 form, but the website didnt tell me to print 6.28, where can I find that form?????

I would first of all like to point out that I am blond, hormonal and pregnant and slightly dim at the best of times!!!! I have just looked at the forms and 6.28 is a couple of pages under 6.27, that would explain why the forms look strangely similar when I just printed them out to complete
