Free tesco direct delivery

This morning I wanted to order a bulky item on tesco direct that couldn't be collected in store. After much searching I found a way to get around the £5 fee.
If you buy a £9.71 phone (Samsung E1120) delivery for the whole order works out free (tesco direct ongoing offer). However the problem I faced was getting rid of the phone. I found that CEX will buy the phone for £11 cash or £14 trade in. You even get sent a freepost jiffy bag for your phone. A modest £1.29 profit and free delivery
HTH someone.
If this is on the wrong board then sorry!

It's just a shame that they stopped the free delivery on sim cards! This could be a very handy tip though, thanks.
It is very annoying when you have one of the biggest Tesco's in the country ten minutes' walk away, but have to travel about 10 miles to pick up something from Tesco Direct! I have never quite understood the logic in the way they do this. What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0
