Claim for Reposession form ?????

Hi All,
Wonder if anyone can advise on our query.
We went bankrupt in Aug last year and have now been discharged, we moved out of the mortgaged property and now happily rent.
The Mortgage co ( Northern Rock ) are in the process of repossessing the property, which we are not contesting. We have recieved some paperwork ( Particulars of Claim for Reposession )from the court asking us to complete and return, its things like Income/ Outgoings,Dependants details, Savings and Loans etc.
Do we have to complete this and attend court? What will happen if we dont ?
We have been pushing for the property to be repo'd as we are having to pay council tax on it as it has been vacant for over 6 months.

Ring the council and ask to excempt the property the band is Q Bankrupt
What ever you do dont sign the forms- I just wrote to the judge and asked them to proceed with the Repo again i didnt sign the letter. And I didn't attend the courtTotal Weight Loss - 28lb and countingAD 17/11/20100
