Question about Toluna Vouchers

I recently achieved 80,000 points on my Toluna account and requested an Amazon voucher on 6th June.

Do they normally email it to you?

Now the problem I have with Toluna is they literally Bombard me with survey emails, I had like 30 yesterday and deleted them all, as I just couldn't be bothered to go through all the surveys.

If they do email the voucher to you, then there could be a chance that i've accidentally deleted it. I have sent an email to CS to ask if it's been sent yet, but not received a response.

If/when this is resolved, then I might cancel my Toluna account, as the amount of emails they send me is just beyond a joke.

They take ages to email out the voucher so I wouldn't be surprised if you haven't got it yet. I have always got mine eventually.

You are lucky you are getting so many invites - I wish I was!

I've had loads recently, I should think out of 25 I only managed to complete 2 I was getting hacked off with it.

I requested mine as well about the same time as OP. I think it said you have to wait for about 8 weeks. Last time it took 3 months for it to come via email.

a little tip here about toluna.

If you go to their home page and complete a little survey (usually worth 15 or 60 pts for a couple of clicks) quite often it leads to another longer survey. BUT I'm not sure if they'll pay you the points for completing it even though it says the survey points will be credited when you finishes it. So I only do short survey and if I get an invite following on, I just click 'close' button.

I've experienced quite a few missing points so I only do suveys with big points now (+- 10K). I think recently they were offering 40 mins survey for 7K points which is very long. I'd do 15-20 mins survey for 10K pts though. Talk about their survey time.... when they say it's 15 mins survey but when you go to their partner site it says 20-25 mins etc..... not very accurate :mad:
