Redcurrant and Blackberry Jelly

I have a pot full of our blackberries and redcurrants simmering away as I type but...disaster I seem to have mislaid my muslin!Can't get out today so any suggestions from you lovely oldstylers please?? I do have my supershiny new mouli which came from Tchibo this morning would that do the same thing??Any help in the next hour or so would be much appreciated:D

    Use a clean pillowcase - obviously, one that you don't mind staining and preferably pure cotton.

    Tights ? my jelly bag isn't cotton but a sort of nylony material like coarse tights.

    I think a mouli will pulp your fruit and you won't get that lovely clear jewel-like jelly, it'll probably taste OK though.

    Thanks very much :D I have both so I'll be ok now I might try a tiny bit in the mouli too just to give it a 'test drive' :rotfl: My boys fortunately love the jams I make but just aren't keen on the pips so I'll try straining them first too.
