Wiki-ed and googled (and binged!) and got answers of 1948, 1949 and 1950...but either way I'd go with your c) 60 years answer

Silverstone is the current home of the British Grand Prix, which it first hosted in 1948.
The 1950 British Grand Prix at Silverstone was the first race in the newly-created Formula One World Championship.
So c) 60 is correct
Even though there was a Grand Prix in 48, the actual F1 didn't start till 50.WINS 2009 so far £212
