Bank penalty charges for businesses

Are the rules different for business accounts? I'm still getting charged £30 a time for any payments over my overdraft limit (I try not to let it happen, but it's difficult to prevent if the money simply isn't there!) and I would like to know if it's worth contesting. It must cost them next to nothing to administer, as whenever I ask about it, I am told that the humans have no control over it - it's just what the computer does...

I've just checked with Barclays, and they say that the FSA rules don't apply to business accounts - but then, they would say that, wouldn't they?
I discovered that their penalty charges for personal account holders are £8, so I asked why business accounts were different. Er, they didn't know, although it seems safe to assume that it's because they can...0
