Get a loan without a credit history

Hello.
I want to buy a second-hand car and I want o get a loan (I need about 6000), I want to mention that I don't have any credit history - no credit cards or loans, this is my first time when I want to apply for a loan, I've changed my address a few months ago and last week I registered on the electoral roll, could you tell me what are my chances to get a loan and with whom my chances are bigger ?

you don't need 6k for a car
but if you have a good income and a good relationship with your bank then they are your best bet as they know how you manage your account.
probably you will not yet be registered as being on the electoral roll with the credit agencies so you may wish to check before applying for a loan.
