Hi
I currently have a DMP with CCCS and one of my creditors is CITI Finance they contacted me the other day and informed me that they had accepted the offer CCCS had mede on my behalf. They have rang me today and informed me that they have rejected the offer I have received a statement and in the last 2 months they have charged me £850 in interest and charges. How will I ever get my debt down with interest charges like these.
I want to write to the Chief Exec of Citi but do not know the full postal address I am also writing to the Chancellor of the Exchequer and the Secretary of State for Justice to explain how this bank treats people in debt. This is starting to really impact my health. Is it really worth it.
So please if you have the address please send it to me or any other advice I would really appreciate it.
These banks need to be exposed for what they really are.
